I want to commend you and your staff for the excellent care I received. I especially want to thank the physical therapy department for their skills and helpfulness in my rehabilitation. I have recommended to several UC Davis physicians that they use you facility for rehabilitation care.
The purpose of this letter is to congratulate your facility on having possibly the very best physical therapy group in the state of California. It was my experience that every single one of the therapists is dedicated to providing the best care for every single patient with whom they work.
My mother has received excellent care since she has resided at your nursing facility. The nursing staff is always responsive to her needs. The physical therapy staff is excellent and cheerful and treats her very well. The assistants are always very helpful with her. Most importantly, everyone has treated her with dignity, respect and friendliness.
This place is great! The caring, professional staff put us all at ease within the first few days. They care for their patients vs. practice patient care. Mom was assisted with showers daily. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The physical therapy staff worked with mom daily and taught her how to do the exercises correctly. She went there unable to walk, and was in pretty bad shape. Within about a week, she was up with a walker. It was an amazing feat. If you are looking for a clean, caring nursing facility, this is it.
I’ve visited patients here on numerous occasions and have always been impressed with how caring and friendly everyone is. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. By far the best choice for skilled nursing in Sacramento.
I looked forward to going home but I’ll never forget University Post-Acute Rehab. If ever it becomes necessary for me to receive treatment in this type of facility, I hope UC Davis sends me here.
